Machine construction：
Air laid paper production line is mainly constructed by systems of feeding and its process。
The feeding system is formed by units of fiber auto loading&opening, direct supplying feeder, rough pulverizer, find pulverizer, storage tank, fiber scaled feeder and fans etc.
The process section is constructed with sections of forming, transmission, heating, cooling, driving, mesh brushing and auto rolling of the finished products etc.
Working principle：
Air laid paper production line is still designed with a concept of “long mesh running, hot air penetration”. The long mesh running is driven with three conveying belts, i.e. the transmission is divided into sections of forming, transmission and hot-air separately. It can prevent the belt not to be easily damaged because of hot air temperature. The machine maximum designed speed can reach 200m/min, the working speed is 150m/minute. It can produce a minimum weight of 40gsm airlaid paper.
